Adams Perspective On Eve

In deep sleep, just now awaken
I find myself I'm not alone,
Who is she that has captivated me in the garden?
Which is part of my flesh and bone.

Only for you my rib was taken
You are wonderfully beautifully made just for me.
Moved by your touch, I will name you women,
Will become one together in the garden, and live here for eternity.

But don't eat the fruit of this tree for God said we would surely die.
I couldn't imagine being without you, women, your part of my life.
I was alone, but patiently, God made me wait,
You’re my helper, my love, my companion, and my soul mate.
Here in the garden together, He has made you suitable for me.
Will tend it and take care of it forever my love, my wife to be.

In deep sleep, just now awaken
I find myself I'm not alone,
Who is she that has captivated me in the garden?
Which is part of my flesh and bone.

What is this you have done, do you realize what this means?
This can never be undone, why uncover the mysteries?
Don’t make me choose, but I don’t want to be lonely.
I’ll do anything for you; except eat the fruit from this tree honestly.

Eat the fruit of this tree; God said we would surely die.
I couldn't imagine being without you, women, your part of my life.
I will go along with you on this, because you’re my soul mate.
The fruit I will not resist, for without you my soul will ache.

In deep sleep, just now awaken
I find myself I'm not alone,
Who is she that has captivated me in the garden?
Which is part of my flesh and bone.
She is Eve, God’s creation, she is a mystery.
I am Adam, who loves her so passionately.

Genesis 3:6
(New American Standard Bible)
When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise, she took from its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her, and he ate.
