Having Purpose

I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. God is mighty, but does not despise men; he is mighty, and firm in his purpose. Making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ. I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted. The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands. Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand. And I know that whatever God does is final. Nothing can be added to it or taken from it. God’s purpose is that people should fear him. I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. But He said to them, “I must preach the kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this purpose I have been sent.” The Son of God came for this purpose: to destroy the devil's work. The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life. But for this purpose I have raised you up, to show you my power, so that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth. So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it. Do not tremble; do not be afraid. Did I not proclaim my purposes for you long ago? You are my witnesses—is there any other God? No! There is no other Rock—not one! Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.

With Passion

With passion you left everything to die for me Jesus
A Father’s only Son to take my sinful place worthy is the Lamb
With passion with all my love that I’m thankful for the beautiful cross
My face towards heaven I raise up my grateful bloodstained hands

With passion all that is within me
Like a burning fire that can’t be contained
With passion I want to shout and sing
Lift up my hands to the One who is worthy of my praise

With adoration my worship you deserve
With affection my expressing love
With devotion my reverence here on earth
With supplication my cries for mercy I humbly speak of
With passion, forever you be praise my Holy God who is gracious
With passion, with passion, with passion for you Jesus

With passion to dance like David dance
With all my strength before you unashamed my Holy God
With passion to love you more than how Solomon would romance
Your banner over me is true everlasting love

With passion your Spirit plays me like a violin
Unfailing love is the arrangement of this symphony
With passion I hear the angelic chorus joining in
Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty

With adoration our worship you deserve
With affection our expressing love
With devotion our reverence here on earth
With supplication our cries for mercy we humbly speak of
With passion, forever you be praise our Holy God who is gracious
With passion, with passion, with passion for you Jesus

With passion, we will exalt you, my God my King
With passion, in everything
With passion, we will exalt you, my God my King
With passion, in everything
